Natural Beauty & Recreation

River Pines is home to five picturesque private man-made lakes, including the six-acre Sunrise Lake. These lakes provide opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the serene ambiance of the property. The nearby East River Recreational Trail invites residents to explore the outdoors and stay active.

Community Governance & HOA Fees

River Pines is governed by a 125-member Homeowners Association (HOA) through its board of directors. The board consists of six elected members serving staggered three-year terms, with two directorships up for election each year. Day-to-day operations are professionally managed by Goldfinch Property Management, with a dedicated on-site team and seasonal staff as needed.

The HOA operates on a fiscal year from July 1 to June 30. Each year, the association adopts an annual budget, and monthly HOA fees are collected to cover both operational costs and reserve expenses. This ensures the community’s amenities, grounds, and services are well maintained for all residents today and for many years to come.
