River Pines promotes and supports individuals and groups who provide social opportunities for our residents. Formal clubs include Bridge, Cribbage, Pickleball, and Book Club.
Any homeowner/renter may request to start a club at River Pines by presenting the club’s purpose and intent to the Board of Directors.
To be officially recognized at River Pines, a club must use the community’s standard communication channels—such as mailroom posters, newsletter articles, or email announcements—to:
• Invite all community members to participate
• Share the club’s name, purpose, and host
• Provide the date, time, and location of club meetings
There is no requirement for clubs to maintain meeting minutes, appoint officers, or have a liaison.
