A common gathering place, the River Pines Clubhouse has a large indoor meeting room, capacity around 100. It is used by the association for monthly board meetings, its annual meeting, monthly social gatherings, and by the various neighborhood clubs and committees, such as Bridge and Mahjong. It includes a full kitchen, a state-of-the-art audio visual systems, wi-fi, and a well-stocked private library.  It is available for use by any owner for such things as family reunions, birthdays, bridal or baby showers, or weddings.  In addition to the meeting room, the Clubhouse houses the fitness center, restroom/showers area, and the pool/hot tub area. The clubhouse complex opens to a large outdoor patio, with tables, umbrellas, chairs, and lounge chairs.
